Jury decides suspect's fate

The police arrested a suspect in a theft case. The defendant pleaded not guilty, but the prosecutor presented strong evidence. The jury members must reach a fair decision soon. Was the suspect involved in other crimes? He has been charged with fraud, but the judge hasn't announced the verdict yet. Did he commit the crime? The criminal wasn't found with any stolen items. Have they been impartial? The case wasn't easy. If the jury finds him guilty, he will go to prison. If they don't, he will win the case. She couldn't believe he was a suspect. Will the truth be revealed? The new evidence might change everything.

The court will serve the verdict next week. The jury has seen all the evidence. The prosecution must prove guilt beyond doubt. The defendant pleaded not guilty, but the police collected enough evidence. The judge will pronounce the verdict tomorrow. Will she be guilty? The defense says no. They tell the court, "The evidence is not enough." But the witness has identified her. Did she testify? No, she didn’t. Why? She is afraid. The judge must decide: Is the evidence true? If she is guilty, the sentence will be severe. She will go to prison. The jury has not reached a verdict yet. Are they in doubt? Time will tell.

His lawyer said, "We will appeal this decision." The prison is overcrowded, but he has to go. If he violates probation, he will go back. His family asked, "Can he get parole soon?" The judge said, "No, he must serve his full sentence first." She placed him on probation after prison. They asked, "Does he have to follow strict conditions?" The judge replied, "Yes, or his parole will be denied."
