By the time we arrived in Bali, the sun had already risen over Mount Batur. The view was breathtaking—I wish you could have seen it. If only we had hiked to the summit at sunrise, but we hadn’t planned enough time. Instead, we explored the local markets, immersed in Balinese culture. The food was incredible. Have you ever tasted traditional dishes like lawar or babi guling? The flavors were unique, spicy but balanced. She asked if we would rather take a cooking class, and I said yes immediately. We must learn more about these ingredients!
At the restaurant, the chef served us dishes I had never seen before. If we had known how delicious Balinese cuisine was, we would have come sooner. The chef told us to watch carefully as he cooked—his techniques were amazing. By the time we finish this vacation, we will have learned so much. Would you rather explore more landscapes or immerse yourself in traditions? I can’t decide.

Bali Villa Perfect Relaxation

We had booked a private villa with an infinity pool and an ocean view for our trip to Bali. If we had known how good the therapy was, we would have booked extra sessions. I wish we had visited more resorts, but this one was perfect. The privacy of our villa, the view, the crafts—everything was better than expected. Next time, we will have explored even more.
